Bibliographic databases

General description

INION RAN’s Bibliographic Databases on Social Sciences and Humanities have been formed since the mid-1980s. Today they contain almost 4 million records (dates January 31, 2020). New data is added annually.

The databases include bibliographic records of books, journals and other types of scholarly works published in Russian Federation and received by INION RAN’s Fundamental Library. Records contain keywords, classification codes (INION RAN’s rubricator for social sciences and humanities), abstracts, and links to full texts deposited at Scientific Electronic Library.

A complex of INION RAN’s bibliographic databases consists of current thematic databases, general rubricator and thematic thesauri, archived thematic databases.
