Сборник научных статей подготовлен по материалам Международного форума «Право будущего». В нем представлены взгляды ученых на такие актуальные вопросы, как эволюция современного права в его ценностном и формально-юридическом воплощении; основные тенденции и перспективы развития права; трансформация правовой системы и появление новых институтов, подотраслей и отраслей права, в том числе под влиянием цифровизации и внедрения новейших технологий в различных областях человеческой жизнедеятельности. Особое внимание уделяется определению приоритетов правового регулирования и прогнозированию будущего права в целях расширения исследований в новых научных направлениях – генерологии и футурологии права.

The collection of scientific articles was prepared based on the materials of the International Forum «Law of the Future». It presents the views of scientists on such current topics as the evolution of modern law in its value and formal legal embodiment; the main trends and prospects for the development of law; the transformation of the legal system and the emergence of new institutions, sub-sectors and branches of law, including under the influence of digitalization and the introduction of new technologies in various fields of human activity. Special attention is paid to determining the priorities of legal regulation and forecasting the future of law in order to expand research in new scientific areas – genealogy and futurology of law.
