Аннотация

Статья предлагает концептуальный анализ идейно-ценностного ландшафта постбиполярной эпохи с позиций политической аксиологии. Развитие систем международных отношений рассматривается с точки зрения развития общественно-политической мысли и ценностных ориентиров основных акторов мировой политики. Особое внимание уделяется современному положению дихотомии «Восток–Запад» в концептуальном пространстве западного политического дискурса, крити- ческому анализу универсалистских концепций, а также соотношению концепции «многополярного мира» с культурно-историческим релятивизмом и цивилизационным разнообразием народов мира.

Abstract

The article offers a conceptual analysis of the ideological and value landscape of the post-bipolar era from the standpoint of political axiology. The development of international relations systems is considered from the point of view of the development of socio-political thought and value orientations of the main actors of world politics. Particular attention is paid to the current position of the East–West dichotomy in the conceptual space of Western political discourse, the critical analysis of universalist concepts, as well as the correlation of the concept of a “multipolar world” with cultural and historical relativism and the civilizational diversity of the peoples of the world.
