Aims & Scope of the Center:
The primary mission of the Center for Emerging Practices is to enhance the visibility and competitive positioning of the Institute of Scientific Information for Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences (INION RAN).
Our research agenda is realized through two permanent open seminars:
- a research workshop “Original Source”;
- a project seminar on Screen culture.
The Center’s team edits and publishes two scholarly journals:
- “Human Being: Image and Essence” (linguistic issues);
- “Ethnospycholinguistics”.
The team of the Center organizes project work and internships for Bachelor and Master students of Moscow universities (HSE, MSLU, State Institute of Russian Language, Moscow State University, Moscow State Pedagogical University, etc.).
